These services are provided by a licensed Acupuncturist and Registered Nurse. They are not a replacement for primary medical care or emergency services.​

Privacy & HIPAA Compliance

Your privacy is important to us. Dr. Kailee Acupuncture complies fully with HIPAA regulations and will never share your personal health information without your explicit consent, except as required by law. Please see our Notice of Privacy Practices for more detailed information.

Payments, Credit Card Policy & Cancellations

  • All payments are due at the time of service.

  • We accept major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.

  • A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment.

​

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
Exceptions may be made in the case of family or weather-related emergencies.

Telehealth & Online Booking

​

Online booking and telehealth services are available to clients located in states where the provider is licensed to practice. Telehealth appointments require a private, distraction-free setting to ensure your safety and confidentiality. Use of these services constitutes consent to communicate electronically.

Product Use & Returns

​

All herbal and topical products should be used as directed. If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use and contact us or your healthcare provider. Product sales are final unless otherwise stated. We do not accept returns on opened items.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, photos, videos, branding, logo design, blog content, and digital downloads—is the property of Dr. Kailee Acupuncture and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
